OBI and catNOBI

OBI:  Operative Biological Intelligence, a robot with an advanced form of AI machine learning resulting from human powered trials.

catNOBI:  Cat, Non-Operative Biological Intelligence:  Cats are chosen for their unique physical properties including: defiance of some gravitational limits, nine lives, quick reflexes, and a propensity to remove objects from surfaces.

Down on Earth, resources are dwindling, so humans have sent OBI and catNOBI to the far reaches of space to collect precious materials on other planets to bring back down to Earth.
